It's great to see a new face here in the Community. Allow me to share some information about linking your bank.
If you can't search and find your bank after clicking link account within the banking page, then I suggest clearing your browser's history. This will help to eliminate any errors or glitches that may be occurring.
If that doesn't work, then more than likely, your bank isn't available to link to QuickBooks Online. You can send our Product Developers some feedback so they can consider adding your bank in the near future.
