I got your back to help you pass on your password expiration error to connect your QuickBooks Online account, @ jaci2.
We can try signing into your bank account to verify if you need to change your bank credentials. If your password is expired, it'll prompt you to modify the information on your bank's website.
Once updated, log into your QBO account and update the bank information. Let me show you how:
- On the left navigation bar, select Banking.
- Choose the Banking tab.
- Click your bank account and the pencil icon.
- Select Edit sign-in info.
- Enter bank information.
- Click Save and connect.
- Once you see a confirmation message, click on I'm done, Let's go!

I'm also adding this resource for additional reference in modifying your account's credentials: How to update your bank account sign-in information.
Once QuickBooks has downloaded your transactions, you can review and categorize them and put them in the correct accounts.
As always, get back in here if you have other questions about connecting your bank with QuickBooks. I'll be happy to assist you again. Keep safe and take care.
