I had to get a new laptop because the old one quit. Something wrong with the hard drive so I can't transfer QB to the new laptop. Downloaded QB with my product key etc. Now QB rejects all my info: product key, name, email address etc. So I can't get into the place where I can reset my password. Effectively I cannot use QB.
The product numbers you used are probably not correct. That's why they won't work when trying to activate the software. You can use the License Look Up tool to search for the correct license and product numbers.
Just enter your business phone number that is linked to your Intuit Account to begin the search. Once the tool finds the details, you'll receive an email on your primary email address. Then, you can proceed with the activation process.
