Welcome to the Community, @Anonymous.

Thanks for sharing the steps you’ve taken in order to upload your logo. I have suggestions that may help you successfully save it in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First, let’s make sure that your file meets the following requirements:
•    File types supported are .gif, .png, .jpe, or .jpeg.
•    The file should be smaller than 1 MB.
•    Use the standard RGB color space.
•    The shape should be square, not rectangle.

Next, open the logo with Paint or Preview on Mac and save it as a .jpg under the new file name. Once done, upload it one more time.

Check out our guide on adding, customizing, and troubleshooting logos for additional information.

In case you’re still unable to upload or save the logo, you may want to perform some basic troubleshooting to fix the problem. Issues such as this are usually caused by browser hang-ups, and here’s how to verify that:

•    Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
•    Command + Shift + N (Safari)
•    Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
•    Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

If it works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to fix the unexpected behavior in the product. Before doing so, make sure to take note of your saved passwords and URLs. Once done, here's a helpful article with the steps on how to perform clear cache: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

Give this a try and let me know how it goes by leaving a comment below. I’m always available here for all of your QuickBooks needs. Thanks for dropping by, I’ll keep an eye out for your response.
