I'm here to help. When downloading these files follow your bank’s instructions for how to download transactions to your computer. Some banks call this WebConnect. Every financial institution has different steps. Here are the steps for Bank of America, Chase, and Wells Fargo. Every bank is different. Be sure to contact them for clarification on how to download a QBO file, from that institution. If for some reason this error persists, you can edit and import bank transactions using Excel CSV files. If you need any help or have more questions let me know.
