Are these online payments? Log in to your account and review the status of each transction processed.

I'm getting the same emails.  Status says pending.  I'm confused as to why payments less than $100 are pending after 4 days.

Good morning, @kaitlin-leddy and @4oaks,

 

Let me see if I can provide some further context on those emails you received.  For customers who are new to Intuit merchant services (in other words, haven't processed payments with us before), the first transaction or (if there are multiple transactions) first batch may be held for approximately 3-5 business days.  An internal review is done at that time because you are a new business with us.  After that initial hold, transactions are deposited to you based on your account funding time.  Generally, this will be 3-5 business days for credit card transactions and 5 business days for ACH transactions.

 

If this e-mails indicate that you do not need to take any action, then that is likely what is happening here.  You can always contact Payments support directly for information on your specific transactions.  Here is a link with the contact options for support:
