Can you suspend your account without losing data?

Yes, we keep your data for a year, quicktruck. 


You can pick up where you left off if you decided to resubscribe your account again. Let me show you how to cancel your account:


Let's sign in to QuickBooks Online as an Admin user.

  1. At the upper-right, click the Gear icon. 
  2. Click Account and Settings
  3. From the left panel, click Billing & Subscription
  4. Under the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions until you'll successfully canceled your subscription.

We send an email that confirms the cancellation of your account to the account administrator.
