Hi @melissamm130,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the credit card concern you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
I tried this, but it gives an error saying the item is 'matched' when it is not. When I go to 'view register' it only shows transactions that have been categorized and not the multiple I need to associate with the correct credit card.
Hi - I had the same issue and tried to fix using your steps, however I get an error saying 'This transaction is matched to a downloaded transaction. If you want to change the account, you need to unmatch the transaction first.'
If I remove the transaction so it's not categorized, it then doesn't show in the list when I follow your steps.
Any ideas how to fix or what I'm doing incorrectly?
Thanks,
KC
