I had 4 bank accounts connected to QBO. one of them was canceled. However, in the bank feed of the other accounts, I still have transfers that are to or from the canceled account. Do I exclude those transfers from the bank feed or is there something else I have to do?
There's no need to exclude these transfer transactions, @Kelsie504.
The figures you have in your actual bank must also be the same as your QuickBooks Online (QBO) register. To make sure that all transactions are matched in QBO, you can reactivate the canceled account and add these transfers.To reactivate the account:
Go to Accounting and select Charts of Account.
Click on the Gear icon and then put a checkmark in the Include inactive box.
Locate the inactive account and then click Make active.
Once done, you can add and categorize the transfer transactions. Then, reconcile your account as you normally do.You can post here if you have further questions. I'm always here to help.
