Cannot connect to bank feeds after upgrading to QB2020

Hi @gmerliss,

Here are the possible reasons why you're unable to connect your bank feeds to the program:

1. A problem at your bank.

2. An issue with your Internet connection.

3. A discontinued version of Windows or Quickbooks.

After updating your QuickBooks, most banks need identity confirmation before accessing data from QuickBooks. You’ll need to log in to your account outside the program and check your Notification inbox for details.

Once done, you can start downloading transactions from your banks. You can also refer to this link to learn how to add and match transactions: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

Can you share with me the exact error message that you’re getting? This information will help me narrow things down and provide an accurate resolution to your concern. To resolve common bank feeds errors, refer to this link: Fix OL and OLSU Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop.

I'm just a comment away if you need further assistance. Have a good one.
