Cant enter bank deposit. Getting a message that I should select an account for transaction even though I already did

Hello @info833,

 

You'll need to select a bank account on the Choose an account field and any other account under the ACCOUNT column. Can you share a screenshot of your current view with the error message?

In the meantime, let's access your account via incognito or private window of your browser. Then, create a bank deposit from here. To do so:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

You can clear your browsing history and cache if you can save it successfully via the private window. But if not, use one of our supported browsers instead.

 

I'm adding a reference here in case you'll want to review your transactions in your account register.
