Cant find July, August, September and October banking info

Welcome to the Community forum, @jk5056.

Once you connect bank account for the first time in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it will download the last 90 days of transactions.

If you need more than that, you can export additional historical transactions from the financial institution's website and upload them into your QuickBooks.

To download transactions from your bank's website, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Log into your financial institution's website.
  2. Follow their process to download your transactions to your computer.
  3. Choose a supported file type for the download file.
  4. Make sure to select the .QBO file format.
  5. Take note of the name of the file you downloaded, and the location you downloaded it to so you can easily find it to upload.

To upload the file to QuickBooks, follow below steps:

  1. In the left menu, click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab
  3. Hit the Update drop-down menu, and select File upload.
  4. Pick Browse and choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Click Next.
  6. From the QuickBooks account drop-down list, select the account to which to upload the bank transactions, and click Next.
  7. Select Let's go!.

For more information about this process, check this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
