capital one connection broken for over a week

What's going on with capital one connection?  our accounts have been showing error code 355 for over a week!  I've tried different browsers on different machines.  I've tried disconnecting in QBO and reconnecting.  It shows it is downloading everything then just shows the same error codes and no transactions import.

I appreciate you for taking some steps n trying to resolve the Error 355 for the Capital One connection.

 

This time, let's try manually updating your bank. This refreshes the connection and downloads the recent transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu,
  2. Select Update. If you only want to update some accounts, select the unwanted ones, then select Update now.

  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then select Continue update.

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.
