Have been trying to connect Quickbooks Desktop to Capitalone. I followed all the instructions - went into the company "my company" and signed in, disabled bank feeds etc, I found the "Capitalone - New". All good so far. But when I try to login, the sign-in page just keeps spinning (screenshot below). I am able to log in directly from the web browser but the problem is coming in only when I try to log in from Quickbooks.
Allow me to chime in and share more information about your issue when connecting your Capital One with QuickBooks Desktop.
I've found out that there is an ongoing connectivity issue with Capital One bank. Similar cases have been reported about some users being able to log in directly from the web browse but not from QuickBooks. Please know that our product engineers are closely working on getting this fixed.
In the meantime, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Updates will be disseminated via email as soon as this is resolved.

In the Have a Question? window, click Contact us.
Enter the details of your concern and click Continue.
Choose how you want to reach them and enter the needed information.
