Case #15133998468 - Product/Service Configuration is still unresolved on my end but they closed the case. It was my understanding the error was affecting a lot of people

PayPal configuration. Will not let me connect saying another user set up and contact admin. I am the admin.

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. Click the Contact Us option below.
  4. If the option does not appear after clicking the Help icon, type Contact Us in the search bar.
  5. Select a topic to connect with.
  6. Choose what method you prefer.
