Hi there, @PattyV.
I'm here to help you fix this issue. Since you have been experiencing this since September, I'd like to know if you've performed the troubleshooting methods to check if this is a data-related issue? Or if there's an error you've encountered?
If there isn't any error, I'd suggest updating the QuickBooks Desktop to make sure that the program has the latest data. Before that, you may consider creating a backup file to prevent data loss.
Once done, backing up your file, here's how to update the QuickBooks Desktop program:
- Go to the Help menu and choose Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Select the Update now tab then, click Get Updates.
- To finish the update, restart the QBDT program.
I've included some screenshots for your reference.

If you're still having the same issue after updating, you can check out this article: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop. This contains detailed steps on how to troubleshoot any data-related issues.
Please know that you can always tag my name in the comment section if you have other questions. I'm here to assist you further. Take care.
