Chase Bank Feed

In QBD, I was no longer able to use the Chase bank feed, so I reconnected them to the "Chase - New", now I can update logged in as admin, but my accountant cannot.  Not surprised that it doesn't work because QuickBooks called it an "upgrade," which implies that it will not work right.

Is there a fix for this?

Chase Bank Feed

I understand the importance of connecting your bank account to QuickBooks and having an accountant working with you, @ndamo. I’m here to share some information that can help you fix this issue.

If your accountant is not using the accountant version, you both should have the same version of QuickBooks Desktop. If not, the accountant must have the more recent version than the client. For example:

Client (You): QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2019
Accountant: QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Accountant Edition 2019 or 2020

Please know that you can set up multi-user mode if your accountant is in the same building as you are. You'll need an additional license for your accountant so that you both can work on the same file simultaneously. If not, you can offer a hosting service to allow your accountant to access the file remotely.
