Let's perform some steps to get your Online banking working, L, pat-yan.

I've checked here on our end and there's no reported case about this one. Your financial institution may be performing system maintenance causing the bank account to show a closed status. It's could be also there are notifications on your bank’s website that need your attention. We can click the Refresh All button to load the page and automatically update the bank data. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Tick Bank accounts.
  3. Tick the Refresh all button.
  4. If changes are coming from your bank's website, the system will prompt you to enter your banking credentials.

Then, connect your bank account to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). This will refresh the connection between your bank's website and your online account.

If the same thing happens, try signing in to your account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

If the problem persists, I'd suggest our Customer Care Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate the issue further. Here's how:

  1. In your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, click Assistant located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Type Talk to a human twice to see the Message an agent or Get a callback option

I've got a link here that provides you articles with managing bank feeds: Find help with bank feeds and reconciling accounts.

Keep me posted if you need a hand with downloading and categorizing your bank transactions or any QBSE related. I'm always here to help.

No, there's no maintenance. The account has stopped importing data since August. All other Chase accounts have no problems. As mentioned, I already did "refresh all" and "reconnect account"
