Chase credit card account showing up as CLOSED with no data since August. The account is open and still in use. Card was replaced due to fraud, possibly related?
Let's perform some steps to get your Online banking working, L, pat-yan.
I've checked here on our end and there's no reported case about this one. Your financial institution may be performing system maintenance causing the bank account to show a closed status. It's could be also there are notifications on your bank’s website that need your attention. We can click the Refresh All button to load the page and automatically update the bank data. Here's how:
Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
Tick Bank accounts.
Tick the Refresh all button.
If changes are coming from your bank's website, the system will prompt you to enter your banking credentials.
If the same thing happens, try signing in to your account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:
For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
For Safari browser: Command + Option + P
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
If the problem persists, I'd suggest our Customer Care Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate the issue further. Here's how:
In your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, click Assistant located in the upper right-hand corner.
