Join nowI recently de-activated my chase credit card online banking feed in my quickbooks desktop 2018 before I knew of the problem with chase and IE. I have now downloaded manually and have the qb web connect file ready. The problem is when I go to add it I look and it is not under existing account so when I go to edit that account and activate bank feeds It asks me to log in and I do with correct info but chase will not allow it to connect to IE. I tried logging in on chrome and seeing if that did anything and it did not. Can someone help me with this as I can not enter each transaction manually.
Thank you.

Unfortunately her answer did not solve my problem...
