Checking Acct. Transactions not coming through QB for 2 days. I've disconnected the account and reconnected it. I've clicked update and nothing.

Good job with trying all those steps to get the transactions downloaded, wwang14845.

 

What's the bank that you're trying to connect to QBO? Since you've tried troubleshooting the issue and got the same result, I'd suggest reaching out to your bank. They can check if there's a system maintenance at the moment. That's probably why the transactions are not downloaded.

 

In the meantime, you can use Web Connect files to bring your transactions into QBO. You can also give us a call so we can check what's causing this, and make sure it gets resolved immediately.

 

Here's how to get our phone number:

  1. Go to this link https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select the Solving issues & error messages topic.
  4. Click the Banking sub-topic.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.
