When using Web Connect to download by Citi Business transactions I'm only getting the top line of the description so I don't know what is what...see attached files. Have I set the Web Connect up for Citi incorrectly?

To single out the issue, let’s download and save the .qbo file to your Desktop. From there, right-click your mouse and select Open with Excel.
Then review the download for common errors. Make sure to delete the invalid characters like ampersands (&) and other invalid character strings. You can either add or edit the missing data. If the transactions are properly mapped, then save the .qbo file and import it again.

Upon giving them a call, I’m confident the downloaded file will show all the bank details.
