CoastHills Credit Union updated their on-line banking and now Quickbbooks Online will not connect. "Update sign-in info" "reconnect" button is greyed out and no response

I appreciate your time posting here, ccmg1101.

 

We can do some troubleshooting steps to find what's causing the buttons to grayed out. Let's start by opening your company in an incognito or private browser. This mode doesn't store cache and resolves common browser problems.

 

Next, go to Banking and try to update your information to reconnect the bank account. If it works, our final step is to go back to the regular browser and clear the temporary internet cache. Clearing cache helps refresh the browser settings to run smoothly.

You can also use a different browser to test the bank connection.

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
