Company checkbook register goes back to 2001. I want to delete years 2001 - 2014. Is there a way to bulk delete rather than deleting one entry at a time?

Hi 9130352551147796,

Thank you for taking the time to post about trimming your records. I'll share information about it.

Removing your old entries is a way to have cleaner books. However, QuickBooks doesn't have a feature to remove old entries in batches. I recommend finding a third-party app, or you can sign up for a new QBO plan and re-enter your data since 2015.

If you choose the latter, you can use bank transactions and create rules to speed up your work instead of entering transactions one by one. However, you'll only want to do that after exporting and importing your lists from the old file to the new one.

On the other hand, feel free to submit a product suggestion about trimming records. That way, our engineers will know that you like to have that option in QuickBooks. Just click on the Gear icon and choose Feedback.

Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you need more help with your data. Take care and good evening!
