QuickBooks Online (QBO) relies on the details provided by your bank, Accounting665.

So, if your bank cash or credit card deposits include a memo specifying which store where the transaction occurred, this information will appear in the Bank Memo section when syncing to your QBO account.

On the other hand, if these deposits are manually uploaded, you can utilize our Class tracking feature to organize your financial data and categorize it by specific store. Before setting up, ensure to turn on this functionality.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  3. Hover Advanced, then click the pencil icon in the Categories section.
  4. Toggle the button beside Track classes to turn it on.
  5. Put a checkmark beside Warn me when a transaction isn't assigned a class if you want to be notified when a transaction isn’t assigned a class yet.
  6. Choose an option from the Assigned classes ▼ dropdown on how to allocate a class to your product.
  7. Once done, click Save.
