Help! I lost my business credit card account connection to download transactions. Now, when I try to re-connect this Chase account, it let's me complete the process, but when I choose which account to connect to, the error "Business Credit Card is already linked to a bank feed. Select a QuickBooks account without an existing bank connection." I have tried to delete (make inactive) that account and start a new credit card account with a different name, but the same result . . .
I can share a bit more about the new connection for Chase Bank.
Our Support Team has recently updated the way how QuickBooks connects with your financial institution using OAuth. This is an added security feature which allows users to easily access their financial accounts without giving their bank username and password after the initial setup.
In your case, you'll need to get in touch with Chase for them help you create a new OAuth Chase presence and set your app connections. Once done, you can add the bank to QuickBooks without any error messages and categorize your transactions accordingly.
