Connect to Northwest bank accounts (Northwest.bank)

Thank you for the response. This NorthWest bank connection has not been fixed; and when I reached out to customer support (live chat) last Friday, no one responded. Please keep me updated with the resolution of this fix. this is a big hassle for Quickbooks customers and I hope that your engineering team will figure out the problem soon. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue with connecting my Northwest account to QB Online.
