Join nowHello, I have been trouble connecting my QuickBooks Online Plus bank feeds to my Northwest bank (northwest.bank) accounts for a couple days. It shows error 102.Previously it worked just fine. I thought I would wait for the error to resolve itself but it has been too long. I also noticed the QuickBooks Online banking interface got changed. Did things go wrong through this update? Please help me resolve this issue ASAP. Thank you.

Thank you for the response. This NorthWest bank connection has not been fixed; and when I reached out to customer support (live chat) last Friday, no one responded. Please keep me updated with the resolution of this fix. this is a big hassle for Quickbooks customers and I hope that your engineering team will figure out the problem soon. Thank you.
