Connecting bank account

Hi,

I called you and chatted with you multiple times to solve my issue with bank of america connection.

Basically, when I setup the connection, everything went fine, my bank accounts were connected and up to date on quickbooks.

A days after, I could not update them. 

See attached the error.

The accounts seem to be not connected anymore (see attached) but when I try to connect them again, it says it's already connected.

 

We have tried everything by phone, by chat, (always the same manipulation) and you were supposed to fix the problem almost 1 month ago.  But still waiting.

 

Thank you to fix it ASAP

The error message "Something’s not quite right. An error occurred downloading your latest bank transactions. Please try again in a few minutes." when connecting to Bank of America was identified as an ongoing issue. Our Online banking team is currently investigating what’s causing the problem.


While we don’t have a workaround that you can use in downloading your banking transactions, we hope to have a permanent fix available for you soon.


I’d recommend getting in touch with Customer Care Team to add your account to the list of affected users. This way, we can notify you of any updates once received.

I've been having the same error message for the last seven days.  I attempted to add an account and successfully added a new account with downloaded updates just fine.  The accounts I have been using for two years will not update.

Please add me to the list of customers with this error.

Our Online Banking Team is actively partnering with Bank of America to resolve this error. I’d encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team and have them attach your case to INV-22287, so they can add your account information to the notification list. That way, our engineers can send you updates via email when they are available.

My bank account that ive had for years is doing the same thing.

Its not just Bank of America.  I use Wells Fargo and I am getting the same error message.  The account Ive imported into for years is no longer able / recognized when trying to import new transactions.    What is the # to call to get this fixed or added to the list.

We're pleased to inform you that the issue between Bank of America and QuickBooks Online has been resolved. The resolution has been implemented and the bank account should be ready for you to use. Also, we haven't received similar issues reported with Wells Fargo. As an initial troubleshooting step, let's perform a few manual updates.

 

Here's how:

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Banking.
  2. Go to Bank Feeds.
  3. Click on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks begins updating your account.

I'm still facing the same issue... 

When I reach out the online support, it's still the same... I do the same operation and they ask me to wait for a fix.

The investigation about Chase Bank unable to connect (INV-22427) is still open, and our banking team is diligently working to get this issue resolved in the most timely manner possible.

 

We don't have a specific time frame yet but rest assured, we’ll keep you posted here in the Community for any updates once received.

I've checked my tools, and there's also an open investigation for Bank of America (INV-22109). 

 

We don't recommend manually uploading your bank transactions for it will cause duplication. Our banking team is communicating with your bank for a permanent solution for this.

It's been 40 days, I can't work with quickbooks. 

I have reached you out multiple time, and it's still not fixed.

 

So yes, give me a solution, because I pay for something that don't work, and it's the end of the year, I need to reconcile my accounting.

We haven't receive an estimated time as when this will be resolved. Hence, this issue has been escalated and thoroughly investigated by our product engineers.


We are working with your bank to resolve this issue for you. We want to make sure we'll get the permanent fix to this before you get notified with the resolution, so you can get back to business.

I can't use your service because if I update the datas in quickbooks and you fix the issue in the mean time, i would get double identical datas. 

So please give me a solution now, I can't wait anymore, I need to work on my accounting.

At least disconnect manually the connection between quiclbooks and bank of america, and I will be able to work. It's unbelievable that you don't provide me any solution. It's been 2 months I'm waiting.

I can't use your service because I might get double datas if you fix the issue in the mean time.

It's been 2 months I can't use quickbooks. And you don't have any resolution time to give me.

At least disconnect manually the connection with bank of america and like that I can use quickbooks...

We would like to inform you that this has already been escalated and our Online Banking Team is actively partnering with Bank of America to resolve this error. Although I don't have a specific time frame as to when and how this will be mediated upon, rest assured that this is being looked into.
