Thank you for posting here in the Community, @HishamA.

It's my pleasure to help you connect your bank successfully.

Banking error 103 means that your banking credentials in QuickBooks Online (QBO) don't match what your Financial Institution (FI) has on file.

You can perform these steps if you have an existing connection and you recently changed your banking credentials (username or password) on your FI's website.

  1. Go to Banking at the left pane.
  2. Select Banking.
  3. Locate the card for the account that generated Error 103.
  4. Select the pencil icon.
  5. Select Edit sign-in info.
  6. Enter your new credentials and select Update.

When entering your credentials, be sure to enter your username and password directly instead of allowing the browser to auto-fill your login credentials.

If you are connecting for the first time, be sure to select the right bank and enter your banking credentials (username and password) correctly by performing these steps:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select Add Account.
  3. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL (example: http://www.chase.com).
  4. Select your bank.
  5. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
  6. Enter your User or Login ID and password for the financial institution's website and select Continue.
  7. If you receive Error 103 again, select Go back, and repeat these steps, selecting a different bank name from the list.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Support Team to check and investigate this further for you.

Please let me know if you have any other banking concerns, I'll be always here to help you. Have a good one!
