Cost to import information

Thanks for posting in the Community space, @usertrubuildchimneyl.

Are you trying to import some information into QuickBooks and asking for its price? If so, importing transactions to QuickBooks doesn't include any fees. However, if you're using a third-party app, there may be a fee for using the application.

Also, here's the following information that you can import to QuickBooks Online:

  • Customers
  • Vendors
  • Accounts
  • Products and Services

Upon importing, you can use either of these file types. Make sure the file is formatted correctly to avoid any error message:

  • CSV: A common file format used for text files that contain tabular data. In CSV files, each field of text is separated by a comma, semi-colon, or other special characters.
  • XLS/XLSX: XLS is the file format of Microsoft Excel 1997-2003; Microsoft Excel 2007 and newer use the XLSX file format.

If you meant something else, I'd appreciate any extra details you have so I can provide the steps to move forward. Looking forward to your reply. Enjoy the rest of the day.
