I can provide some information about the funding time for customer payments.


If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, we'll deposit the first set of funds within 5 business days. Once everything is already setup, the process for depositing them will be faster.


Aside from that, the payment method used also affects deposit speed. Credit card payments are posted in your account the next business day, while a bank transfer can take up to 2-7 business days.


However, this can include 5 business day funding time if you don't have any fees associated with bank transfers. Let’s open your Merchant account to verify the deposit schedule.

 

  1. In your company, go to the Gear icon to choose Account and Settings.
  2. Tap the Payments tab on the left panel.
  3. From there, navigate to the Deposit Speed section to check the information.

For additional resources, the following articles provide an overview of how to verify the deposit schedule as well as steps to check the status for specific payments.

 

However, if you're not new to the service, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services. They can provide detailed information on the status of the deposit.

To whom it may concern,

 

My client has made the payment for his product, I have added my bank account so that the payment can be deposited i their. But we have waited more than 15 days and I don’t see nothing reflected on my bank account even though in through quickbooks it t says deposited. 

can you guys guide me a little more on what is happening.
