Let me share with you how to record this bank deposit in QuickBooks Online.
We can follow the usual process of recording deposits. There's no need to put the funds on the undeposited funds' account. You can follow these steps:

Easiest thing would be to just go right to the bank register you want to add the deposit and enter it there. Select the correct payee, and offsetting account when recording the deposit.
