Join nowWelcome to the Community, @amedina. I understand how convenient it is to change regions on your existing subscription.
Each region has different settings such as different date formats which may cause errors in QuickBooks. Hence, the option to change it isn't possible.
Aside from canceling your subscription and create a new account as an option, you'll want to consider using the Multicurrency feature to record foreign currency transactions.
This way, you can use the same account without changing the account's country. Here's how to turn it on from your Account and Settings page:
Once done, you can now assign a currency to bank accounts and credit card accounts. You can also add foreign vendors so you can pay them with their corresponding currency.
Should you opt to cancel and change the country anyway, create a new account by choosing the country first. Then, move your existing lists to your new QBO account.
Refer to this article for more details: Move your lists to QBO. It has a step-by-step guide on how to export your list reports to Excel and import them to your new QuickBooks Online account.
Let me know if you have any other concerns about QuickBooks. I'm always here to help.
You need to open a new QBO US version account
