Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’d be happy to help you with your Credit Card bank feed. I see that you indicated that no details are coming through. When you connected your credit card, did you match it to a credit card account in your Chart of Accounts? Are your bank transactions downloading into QBO? If yes, then let’s try disconnecting and reconnecting your credit card. Here’s how:
Go to the Banking or Transactions menu. Then the Banking tab.
Select the tile for the bank account.
Select the pencil ✎ icon on the tile for the credit card account.
I think I'll do some more digging on my end with my bank. I have another account that is similar and the connection works fine. If I can't get it resoled then I'll look into doing the screen share with the support team. Thanks for your help.
