Join nowI have connected my credit card to my QB account but am not getting any detail from the account.
My credit card is part of my bank so I added the connection when I linked ll my other on-line bank accounts.
Since it doesn't show any details it's not letting me show itemized details of my expenses. Anyone else having this problem. The credit card is thru Visa and my bank is a Credit Union.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’d be happy to help you with your Credit Card bank feed. I see that you indicated that no details are coming through. When you connected your credit card, did you match it to a credit card account in your Chart of Accounts? Are your bank transactions downloading into QBO? If yes, then let’s try disconnecting and reconnecting your credit card. Here’s how:

No luck. Still has only 2 transactions but no other details.

I think I'll do some more digging on my end with my bank. I have another account that is similar and the connection works fine. If I can't get it resoled then I'll look into doing the screen share with the support team. Thanks for your help.
