Credit card is not displaying in banking screen

Hello there, dkleinsmith.

 

As long as the credit card is connected to QuickBooks, it'll be displayed then on the Banking screen. If you haven't tried logging in to a private browser, you can follow the shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you're able to view the credit card on the banking screen, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside from that, you can other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online.

  1. Log in to your QBO account and click the Help icon at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Select Talk a human. Then, I still need a human.
