Credit card will not connect to bank

Good Morning, @ariaseniorliving

 

Let's work together and get this issue resolved. To properly assist you with this problem, can you provide extra information on this matter? (screenshots, error messages that you may be receiving, where you're getting stuck and can't go any further, etc.) This will allow me to determine the best solution for this issue. In the meantime, here are the steps on how to connect your credit card or bank account to QuickBooks Online: 

 

  1. Open QuickBooks. 
  2. Go to the Banking tab. 
  3. Press Connect Account if this is the first account you're connecting or Add Account
  4. Search for your bank. 
  5. Select Continue
  6. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website. 
  7. Now, just follow the on-screen instructions to finish connecting your account.
