currency

Hi

I have linked a foreign bank to may system but the data is in GB Pounds, and should be in Euros.

I have turned on multi currency but need to change the data that has been downloaded.

Is this possible.

Do I need to delete the data and reload or is there another way

How do I ensure that the data is downloaded in euros

Anybody know the answer

Thanks for reaching out to us, chrislordsmith.

 

We're unable to undo what has been imported but we can exclude those transactions. You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Banking/Transactions menu and select the Banking tab.
  2. From the For Review tab, select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
  3. Tap Exclude.

Also, it's possible that you have multiple accounts that are in Pounds and Euros currency. You'll want to make sure that you linked the correct account to QuickBooks Online. You can disconnect it, then connect to the right one.

 

I've included these articles for more details. These will show you what to do with your downloaded transactions.
