Buy nowHi y'all,
Is there a known issue with a recent change for DCU Digital Federal Credit Union and communication with/linking to QBO ?
I have a client that maintains her own bank links and DCU has been down since 1/31/22. We've asked the client to reconnect and this was her response:
"I cannot - the bank has recently moved to a new platform and I don't
think that integration has been set up yet."
Can anyone give any insight into this? She has a large volume of transactions and we won't be able to continue working with her if this cannot be resolved.
Thanks for reading!
Ask your client to explore MT Online for the time being. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.

Hello DKC!
Allow me to help you in fixing the banking issue.
First, I'd like to know what the exact error is. That way, I'll be able to share accurate info on how to fix it.
Please note that you may experience connection errors if the bank is having system maintenance. You'll want to make sure that everything's fine on their end before you reconnect it to QuickBooks Online. You'll want to check the website of DCU or better to contact them.
If you made any changes to your login credentials like password, you also need to update it in QuickBooks Online. This is to ensure that QuickBooks Online has your permission to link your account and so that your bank will allow us to download the transactions.
Once done, let's manually update it by clicking the Update button on the Banking page.
I also included these articles if you more info on what to do if you see an error message about banking and categorize downloaded transactions:
We'll be right here if you need more assistance with this. Keep your posts coming.
