For those using QuickBooks Desktop for a single-user license, you may install the software to one additional laptop. As long as the program is being used solely by one specific person, you may download and install it.
You can use the Migrator tool to help you move the data from the existing device. For future reference, please visit the Move or reinstall QuickBooks Desktop to another computer article.
