QuickBooks automatically downloads new transactions at the end of the day as they are posted. It's possible that transactions didn't sync to your Square account that's why you're unable to see a match or transactions didn't download to your bank. You can disconnect the app or do it for one of your clients to fix the issue. This way, this will also refresh the connection from Square to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once done, try to check if recent downloads will already show so you can match them. However, if you're still unable to see the transactions, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can investigate this further. They also have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment..
