Deposits and a couple bills dissapeared from my registar? How do I put them back in?

I entered deposits and a couple bills Monday 12/17/2018.  Today I noticed they are not in the register anymore.  How do I get them back in for my records?  When I looked up the clients history they show that I recieved the funds.

I'm happy to see you in the QuickBooks Community. I want to make sure you'll be able to get the transactions back into QuickBooks Desktop.

 

We can run the Audit Trail report to figure out any changes made in every transaction. The report lists all the accounting transaction and modifications made by any users.

 

Here's how you can run the report:

  1. Click the Reports tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Select Accountant & Taxes.
  3. Click Audit Trail.

After verifying via the Audit Trail report and the transactions entered are removed, you can proceed with recreating them. Checking the report before recreating will help avoid duplication of the data.
