I'm using Desktop Pro 2019 and have had a credit card feed active for some time. The bank recently changed the number on the account. I've updated the credit card information on the feed. I now have 70 transactions that I need to remove from the "downloaded transaction" listing because they are already matched in Quickbooks.
About half of the 70 show up as "Rev" in the listing of transactions. The rest show up as "Cha." As I said, all of these have been matched in QuickBooks, and I'm trying to delete them. If I select them and choose "Ignore" it asks if I want to delete them. I click "yes" and they disappear from the list of transactions. But the next time I "Download Card Charges," they all appear again. Attached is a capture of the transaction window in case I'm not explaining clearly.
How can I get rid of them for good?
