Does a Credit note mean that I will be refunded?

The credit note that you receive is issued when the supplier receives the returned product. To ensure that you'll get a refund, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account securely and process a refund for you.

Here's how:

1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
2. Type Talk to a human.
3. Enter your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
4. Choose I still need a human.
5. Select the Start messaging option.
