I have done the manual update. Error is not resolved

The old connection doesn't work anymore. Reconnect with the faster, more reliable one now and get back on track. (350)
I go through the steps to reconnect and I get the following error
Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to PNC Bank - Business Banking.
Try again in a few hours. (590)
This happened last month and the month before. I had to create a new account in chart of accounts and connect. Causes all sort of problems determining which transactions have been posted to my chart of accounts. I do not want to do this again.
I appreciate you performing the basic troubleshooting solutions to fix the connection issue with PNC, @mike-bauer.

I highly recommend giving our Customer Care Team a call to add your account to the list of affected users. Please have our representative attach the case id number to INV-35044. You'll receive an email once an update is available.

Able to manually upload in CSV file. But connection problem still persists. This problem has been out there at least a month. If this is being looked into I hope it is resolved soon.

I understand this feature is important to your business. Our product engineers are still working on publishing a permanent resolution to fix this.
In the meantime, I can’t provide you with the specific time frame on when this will be fixed. Rest assured, as soon as updates are published it will be applied automatically into your account. Once a new update is available, all users added to the affected account's list are notified through email.
