Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone by phone at Quickbooks support? I've had a ticket in for 60+ days and no one on chat can update me.

Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to show you how to get in touch with a member of the Support Team by phone.

 

These steps will get you there:

 

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.

4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.

 

Once you're connected with an agent, they'll be able to view your account details and status of the ticket. Please feel free to comment below and let me know how the conversation goes. I'll be here to help in any way that I can.

No, I mean get a hold of someone that can actually help me or provide a reasonable update on what progress has (or has not) been made...my ticket has been in for two months and the only updates I get from your support team is "someone is working on it" and "the back end team does not communicate with customers)".
