Does anyone know how to identify which transactions *ON THE EXPORTED COPY* were already marked as duplicates *IN THE APP*? This piece of ***** software is leaving me

Hello, prmc.

Thank you for reaching us in the Community. When you connect your bank account QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest transactions. That said, when exporting transactions from a bank or another location that has already been made in QuickBooks, you can cause duplication in the account.

You can exclude duplicate transactions manually. to do it, you can refer to this article for further steps: Exclude or delete transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Keep me posted if you have any other questions with this concern. I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as I can. Enjoy your weekend!

Are you f*cking retarded?

That's not even the question.

Your sh*tty software, which your phone support refuses to do anything about, has been creating replicated transactions (2, 3, 4 or more times without consistency) for one given bank I use.

This has been going on for almost a year now.

Since your worthless company continues to collect my money, but does not believe I deserve a working product that I am paying for; I have to go sort out all the replicated transactions myself.

That's right - the software which I pay to have organize my transactions is having me do it all myself and still charging me for the non-functional software.

So, I found some that I missed and some where I didn't save an original (excluded all rather than just the duplicates) and wanted to just export it to Excel as that would be 100x easier than using this worthless platform.

However, when I export to Excel, it doesn't include a label as to which ones were already excluded.  So, although I can identify replicated transactions easier, I have to spend twice as long now to figure out which ones need action or not in this worthless trash of an app.

@prmc

There are many options in the market including the free one to replace your QB. Contact us in private should you need any advise. Hopefully you are not a troll.

I have contacted various individuals at Intuit, privately, multiple times over the last 9+ months.

The most I've received is an acknowledgement that the software does not function as advertised and an assurance that it would be fixed "at some point" - FOR OVER NINE MONTHS.

Any time I've called to ask for an update I've been told that work hasn't started on this issue yet.

If anything, Intuit is trolling customers - who deserve their money back.
