Does anyone know why my bank only imported starting in June 2020? I am trying to do 2020 taxes and am a little frustrated.

QuickBooks Online is a portal. We're dependent on what your bank shares with us.

To import older transactions, you have two ways to do that:

• WebConnect
• CSV files in Excel

Once they're imported, you can categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. Then, you can do your 2020 taxes.

Another option, utilize SlickConnect to import older transactions. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
