Does quickbooks ever have glitches? Every line item in QB matches against my bank statement line items, and yet the reconciliation says we're off.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. As per checking with my resources and verifying with the engineering team. There is no reported issue as the same as you've encountered in QuickBooks.  

Let's open your QuickBooks account using the incognito mode or private browsing. These are built-in features in the browser that allows you to access websites without storing any data.  

• Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Mozilla: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N 

If you're able to e-file the form, you'll need to clear your browser's cache to optimize its performance.   

I also suggest running the Health Checkup Tool. It is used to check multiple aspects of the browser to ensure the application runs seamlessly. Also, I'd recommend using a different browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.
