We can perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. It might be the stored caches in the system are preventing the transactions displayed on the reconcile page.
You can start by accessing your QuickBooks account in a private/incognito browser. Feel free to use these shortcut keys for quick navigation:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Then check if the events are now showing on the screen. If it works, you’ll want to clear your main browser’s cache to eliminate the junk files and help the system run efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers except for Internet Explorer as an alternative.
Then you’ll want to check your register to review the transactions marked as “(R)” to make sure everything is accurate.
