Help has arrived, vovanbang. I'm here to ensure you're able to see the Import Style option.
It could be that the Import Style feature hasn't been turned on yet in the Settings preventing you from seeing this option. Let's enable this feature by performing the steps I outlined below:
If the issue persists, I'd suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a private browser. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Once signed in, go back to the Custom form styles page. If you're able to see the Import Style option, switch back to your default browser. Then, clear the browser's cache. This helps remove its stored cache, so QuickBooks will perform efficiently.
If private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using different browsers. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
Additionally, I've included these articles that'll help you import and design custom form styles for your sales forms in QuickBooks Online.
Please come back and keep us posted on your progress in importing your custom form style in QuickBooks. I'm determined to get this resolved.
Thanks for updating us on the steps you've performed, vovanbang.
I'm determined to get this missing Import Style option investigated. With this, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to check the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.
Also, please make sure to log in as an admin before importing your custom form style. This way, we'll be able to ensure to see this option.
Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you learn how to send invoices over time as you work off an estimate in QuickBooks: Set up and Send Progress Invoices.
In case you'll need assistance in dealing with your sales forms, don't hesitate to get back on this thread. I'm always glad to help in any way I can.
Maybe, i need to call later. i see they are not available now.
I saw a notice: "As of 06/29/2021, new QuickBooks Online accounts will no longer have access to the Import Styles feature inside of QuickBooks Labs. Existing accounts can still save and upload DOCX templates."
Thanks for getting back to this thread, @vovanbang. Let me clarify things for you.
The import option for invoices will be retired soon. However, we still have some great templates you can make use of when customizing your invoice.
You can utilize the footer options and used other spaces for things like signatures. Alternatively, you can look for 3rd party apps to create your own invoices templates.
If you need further details, feel free to contact our support team once they are available. For the detailed steps, please refer to the answer of my colleague above.
Additionally, let me attach this resource to help you personalize and add specific info to sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to get back to this thread if you have other questions about managing custom templates in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to assist you again. Keep safe and enjoy the rest of the day!
I don't understand why I have to remove the Import Style feature. This is one of my favorite things about Quickbook Online. It helps small businesses create the best identity for customers. And not all guests can speak English. Therefore, it helps businesses to create many invoice templates suitable for many languages. I haven't been able to turn it on right now and I feel so bad. Please give me a chance to see it again, thanks.
Thanks for sharing your insights and feedback here in the community, @vovanbang.
We understand the urgency to get relevant features available in the program. Last July 1st, the Import Styles feature was disabled for newly created companies. Any company who has not already enabled Import Styles from QB Labs after 6/24/2021 will no longer be able to enable it. Any existing QBO companies with the feature are not currently affected and will continue to have access. In the future, there are plans to completely remove this feature from all QBO companies.
Please note that our developers are working internally when it comes to projects and product enhancements. They go through a wide range of feedback, and trying to navigate a path forward with accessibility leading. Their goal is to be purposeful and thorough with the enhancements and product updates to make our program efficient to use.
Despite that, we want to make sure your voice to be heard and be put in action. To log your product suggestions to our developers, follow the steps below:

I have contacted support. But they still asked me to wait another day. So far my problem has not been solved. I intend that if the Import Style feature cannot be reactivated I need to find an alternative software. Because my business can't be without it.
I need to customize my invoices as well. The built in editor is not sufficient. I want to add spacing and bold headings. I have a graphic design business and don’t want to send out invoices that look terrible.
