When a user encounters problems with bank feeds, one of the best ways to fix these issues is restoring to an earlier company file backup from before their transactions were downloaded. Once restored, a verify and rebuild data can be performed to check records for damage so that if any errors exist, they can be resolved. After the prior steps have been completed, the information can be imported back into QuickBooks.
This overall process can be somewhat extensive, so I'd recommend contacting our technical support team. They have the ability to screen view so that they're seeing what you're viewing in your books and can help to navigate through the troubleshooting process.
Here's how to get in touch with them:
1. Make sure you've installed any available updates.
2. In the menu bar at the top, go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Your Help Panel will be displayed. Click Contact Us, under Need Support?.
4. In the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) field, provide a brief description of the situation, then hit Continue.
5. Choose Talk to a Specialist to arrange a callback.
Once you've submitted a callback request, you'll be provided with an estimated time for when Intuit will contact you.
